يحلف رئيس الرقابة الإدارية وجميع الأعضاء المعينين بها
قبل مباشرتهم أعمالهم يمينا بأن يؤدوا أعمالهم بالذمة والصدق ، ويكون
حلف رئيس الرقابة ونائبه أمام رئيس الجمهورية ، وحلف باقى
الأعضاء أمام رئيس الرقابة الإدارية .
