تنشأ فى الرقابة الإدارية لجنة تسمى " لجنة شئون الأفراد "
تشكل برئاسة نائب رئيس الرقابة وعضوية أقدم أربعة من أعضاء الرقابة
فئة (١) بحيث لا يقل عدد أعضاء اللجنة عن خمسة ، فإن نقص عن ذلك
استكمل العدد من أقدم الأعضاء من الفئة (١) أو الفئات التى تليها
وفى حالة غياب رئيس اللجنة يحل محله أقدم الأعضاء وتصدر القرارات
بالأغلبية المطلقة وعند تساوى الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذى منه الرئيس .
