Article 95 of the Agriculture Law

كل مخالفة للمادة ٥٥ يعاقب مرتكبها بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر ولا تزيد على سنة و بغرامة قدرها خمسون جنيها عن كل كيلوجرام أو جزء الكيلوجرام من البذرة محل المخالفة و يجب الحكم بمصادرتها .
و يعاقب على الشروع بعقوبة الجريمة ذاتها .
و إذا كان المحكوم عليه بهذه العقوبة موظفا أو شخصا مكلفا بخدمة عامة جاز الحكم بعزله .
