يصدر وزير الزراعة قرارا بتحديد أتعاب الخبراء المحكمين ويلزم طالب التحكيم بأدائها عند تقديم طلبه فإذا صدر قرار اللجنة فى صالحه ترد اليه وتلتزم بها الوزارة .
