اذا تقرر نهائيا عدم صلاحية التقاوى للزراعة أو انقضت المدة المحددة لصلاحيتها للزراعة امتنع بيعها أو عرضها للبيع أو تداولها للتقاوى أو لإيداعها أحد محلات تجارة التقاوى .
