يصدر وزير الزراعة قرارا بالإجراءات الواجب اتباعها عند نقل أو تداول الأقطان الزهر الناتجة من مناطق التركيز أو من خارجها وبالعلامات التى تميز بها عبواتها .
ويحظر خلط الأقطان الزهر الناتجة من إحدى مناطق التركيز بغيرها من أقطان نفس المنطقة إذا كانت علاماتها مختلفة ، كما يحظر خلط هذه الأقطان بأقطان ناتجة من خارج هذه المناطق .
