على كل زارع تسلم تقاوى لزراعتها فى مناطق التركيز أن يسلم من محصوله المقدار الذى يحدده وزير الزراعة — وذلك مقابل ثمن المثل .
ويصدر الوزير قرارات بالإجراءات والشروط التى تتبع فى هذا الشأن .
