يحظر إقامة مصانع أو قمائن طوب فى الأراضى الزراعية . ويمتنع على أصحاب ومستغلى مصانع أو قمائن الطوب القائمة الاستمرار فى تشغيلها بالمخالفة لحكم المادة ١٥٠ من هذا القانون .
