ينشأ صندوق لتحقيق الأغراض المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة يسمى " صندوق تحسين الأراضى الزراعية " وتشمل موارده حصيلة الرسوم والغرامات المشار إليها فى هذه المادة ويصدر بتنظيم الصندوق قرار من رئيس الجمهورية .
