لا تخل أحكام هذا الباب بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون العقوبات أو غيره من القوانين .
" وتنظر المخالفات المنصوص عليها فى المواد المتقدمة على وجه السرعة و يجب أن يصدر الحكم فيها خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ تحديد أول جلسة لها " .
