كل مخالفة للقرارات التى تصدر تنفيذا للمادة ( ٦٥ ) يعاقب مرتكبها بغرامة لا تجاوز مائة قرش و إذا تلفت الأشجار بسبب التقصير فى صيانتها أو تعهدها أو إذا قطعت أو قلعت بالمخالفة لأحكام هذه القرارات الزم المخالف بدفع تعويض قدره ثلاثة أمثال قيمة الأشجار التالفة أو المقطوعة أو المقلوعة .
ولوزارة الزراعة أن تقوم على نفقة المخالف بما لم يقم به من الأعمال اللازمة لتعهد الأشجار ولها أن تغرس على نفقته أشجارا أخرى لا تزيد قيمتها على قيمة الأشجار التالفة أو المقطوعة أو المقلوعة .
