Article 105 of the Agriculture Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة جنيهات ولا تزيد على عشرة جنيهات .
( ١ ) كل من كلف بالعمل وفقا للبند " د " من المادة ( ٧٣ ) فامتنع عنه أو حاول التخلص منه أو أهمل فى أدائه .
(ب) كل من ساعد شخصا على التخلص من التكاليف المنصوص عليه فى البند سالف الذكر وفى حالة العود تضاعف الغرامة .
