الجزاءات التى يجوز توقيعها على أعضاء هيئات التدريس والعاملين فى المعاهد العالية الخاصة هى:
(1) الإنذار.
(2) الخصم من المرتب لمدة لا تجاوز خمسة عشر يوما.
(3) الوقف عن العمل بمرتب أو بدون مرتب لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر.
(4) الفصل من المعهد.
(5) الفصل من المعهد مع الحرمان من الاشتغال بالتعليم.
