المنتدبون والمعارون من الحكومة والهيئات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والوحدات التابعة لها للعمل بالمعاهد العالية الخاصة تختص بتأديبهم الجهات التابعون لها وفقا للنظم والقواعد المقررة بها. أما أعضاء هيئات التدريس والعاملون المعينون بهذه المعاهد فتتبع فى تأديبهم الأحكام الواردة فى المواد التالية:
