Article 65 of the Rent of Premises Law (1977)

يجوز للجهة الإدارية المختصة بشئون التنظيم فى أحوال
الخطر الداهم إخلاء البناء وكذلك المبانى المجاورة عند الضرورة من السكان
بالطريق الإدارى واتخاذ ما تراه لازما من الاحتياطات والتدابير فى مدة
لا تقل عن أسبوع إلا فى حالة تهديد البناء بالانهيار العاجل فيكون لها
فى هذه الحالة الحق فى إخلائه فورا .
كما يكون لها فى حالة الضرورة القصوى هدم البناء بموجب حكم من
قاضى الأمور المستعجلة بالمحكمة الكائن فى دائرتها العقار .
