على شاغلى العين الصادر قرار أو حكم نهائى بهدمها أن
يبادروا إلى إخلائها فى المدة المحددة فى الحكم أو القرار فإذا امتنعوا عن
الإخلاء كان للجهة الإدارية المختصة بشئون التنظيم إخلاؤهم بالطريق الإدارى
وعلى نفقتهم دون أية إجراءات .
