Article 62 of the Rent of Premises Law (1977)

يجوز لوزارة الإسكان والتعمير والأجهزة التابعة لها
ووحدات الحكم المحلى والمصارف أن تقرض بشروط ميسرة ملاك المبانى
أو شاغليها الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون للقيام بترميمها وصيانتها .
ويصدر بشروط وقواعد الإقراض قرار من وزير الإسكان والتعمير
بعد الاتفاق مع وزير المالية .
وتعفى القروض من جميع الضرائب والرسوم وتحصل بطريق الحجز
الإدارى .
ويكون للقروض امتياز على العين التى تم ترميمها أو صيانتها يجىء
فى الترتيب مع الامتياز المقرر فى القانون المدنى للمقاولين والمهندسين .
