تتولى الجهة الإدارية المختصة بشئون التنظيم معاينة وفحص
المبانى والمنشآت وتقرر ما يلزم اتخاذه للمحافظة على الأرواح والأموال
سواء بالهدم الكلى أو الجزئى أو التدعيم أو الترميم أو الصيانة لجعلها صالحة
للغرض المخصصة من أجله .
ويتضمن التقرير تحديد المدة اللازمة لتنفيذ الأعمال المطلوبة وما إذا
كانت تستوجب إخلاء المبنى مؤقتا كليا أو جزئيا .
