تسرى أحكام هذا الفصل على المبانى والمنشآت التى يخشى
من سقوطها أو سقوط جزء منها مما يعرض الأرواح والأموال للخطر ، كما
تسرى على المنشآت المشار إليها إذا كانت تحتاج إلى ترميم أو صيانة لتأمين
سلامتها أو للحفاظ عليها فى حالة جيدة .
وتبين القرارات التى يصدرها وزير الإسكان والتعمير الأعمال التى تعتبر
من أعمال الترميم والصيانة وحدودها فى تطبيق أحكام هذا الفصل .
