Article 57 of the Rent of Premises Law (1977)

تشكل فى كل وحدة من وحدات الحكم المحلى ، لجنة
أو أكثر يصدر بها قرار من المحافظ المختص ، تضم اثنين من المهندسين
المعماريين أو المدنيين المقيدين بنقابة المهندسين ، تتولى دراسة التقارير
المقدمة من الجهة الإدارية المختصة بشئون التنظيم فى شأن المبانى المشار
إليها فى المادة ( ٥٥ ) وإجراء المعاينات على الطبيعة ، وإصدار قرارات
فى شأنها على وجه السرعة .
ويبين القرار الذى يصدره وزير الإسكان والتعمير كيفية تشكيل تلك
اللجان والقواعد والإجراءات التى تتبع فى مزاولة أعمالها .
