لا يجوز الطعن فى الحكم الصادر من المحكمة المشار إليها
فى المادة ( ١٨ ) إلا لخطأ فى تطبيق القانون .
ويكون الطعن أمام محكمة الاستئناف خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ
صدور الحكم وذلك بصحيفة تقدم إلى قلم كتاب المحكمة يوضح بها أسماء
الخصوم ومحال إقامتهم وتاريخ الحكم المطعون عليه وأوجه الطعن .
ويكون حكمها غير قابل للطعن فيه بأى وجه من أوجه الطعن .
