على قلم كتاب المحكمة إخطار جميع المستأجرين لباقى
وحدات المبنى بالطعن وبالجلسة المحددة لنظره وذلك بكتاب موصى عليه
مصحوب بعلم الوصول .
ويترتب على قبول الطعن إعادة النظر فى تقدير أجرة باقى الوحدات
التى شملها قرار لجنة تحديد الأجرة ويعتبر الحكم الصادر فى الطعن ملزما لكل
من المالك والمستأجرين .
