يتضمن قرار الجهة الإدارية المختصة بشئون التنظيم
بالموافقة على إقامة البناء تقدير الأجرة الإجمالية للمبنى وفقا للأحكام الواردة
فى هذا الباب وتوزيعها على وحدات المبنى ويصرف ترخيص البناء موضحا به
قرار التقدير والتوزيع وعلى أساسه يتم التعاقد بين المؤجر والمستأجر
إلى أن يتم تحديد الأجرة طبقا لأحكام هذا الباب .
ويكون التقدير المبدئى للأجرة وفقا للقرارات التى يصدرها وزير الاسكان
والتعمير فى شأن تحديد مستويات ومواصفات المبانى وأسس تكاليفها
