يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمس جنيهات ولا تتجاوز مائة جنية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من حال دون تأدية الموظفين المشار إليهم بالمادة ١١ أعمال وظائفهم سواء بمنعهم من دخول المصانع أو
(١) المادة ١٢ مكرر مضافة بالقانون ٨٣ لسنة ١٩٤٨ المنشور بالجريدة الرسمية العدد ٦٨ فى ٣ يونية سنة ١٩٤٨ .
