تتكون المحاكم التأديبية من :
( ١ ) المحاكم التأديبية للعاملين من مستوى الإدارة العليا ومن يعادلهم .
( ٢ ) المحاكم التأديبية للعاملين من المستويات الأول والثانى والثالث
ومن يعادلهم .
ويكون لهذه المحاكم نائب لرئيس المجلس يعاون رئيس المجلس فى القيام
على شئونها .
