تؤلف هيئة مفوضى الدولة من أحد نواب رئيس المجلس
رئيسا ومن عدد كاف من المستشارين والمستشارين المساعدين والنواب
والمندوبين .
ويكون مفوضو الدولة لدى المحكمة الإدارية العليا ومحكمة القضاء
الإدارى من درجة مستشار مساعد على الأقل .
