تبين اللائحة الداخلية للمجلس نظام العمل فى إدارات
قسم الفتوى ولجانه وقسم التشريع ، كما تبين اختصاص كل
عضو من أعضاء إدارات الفتوى والمسائل التى يبت فيها كل
منهم بصفة نهائية . ويجوز عند الاقتضاء أن ينوب المستشارون
المساعدون عن المستشارين فى اختصاصاتهم .
