تجتمع المحاكم التأديبية بهيئة جمعية عمومية تتألف من جميع
أعضائها للنظر فى المسائل المتعلقة بنظامها وأمورها الداخلية وتوزيع
الأعمال بين دوائرها .
وتنعقد الجمعية بناء على طلب رئيس المجلس أو نائب رئيس المجلس
للمحاكم التأديبية أو ثلاثة من أعضائها على الأقل .
وتسرى أحكام المادة السابقة فيما يتعلق بصحة انعقاد الجمعية العمومية
ورئاستها والقرارات التى تصدرها .
