لا يترتب على الطعن أمام المحكمة الإدارية العليا وقف
تنفيذ الحكم المطعون فيه إلا إذا أمرت دائرة فحص الطعون بغير ذلك .
كما لا يترتب على الطعن أمام محكمة القضاء الإدارى فى الأحكام الصادرة
من المحاكم الإدارية وقف تنفيذها إلا إذا أمرت المحكمة بغير ذلك .
