أحكام المحاكم التأديبية نهائية ويكون الطعن فيها أمام
المحكمة الإدارية العليا فى الأحوال المبينة فى هذا القانون .
ويعتبر من ذوى الشأن فى الطعن الوزير المختص ورئيس الاتحاد المركزى
للحاسبات ومدير النيابة الإدارية .
وعلى رئيس هيئة مفوضى الدولة بناء على طلب من العامل المفصول
أن يقيم الطعن فى حالات الفصل من الوظيفة .
( رابعا ) اختصاص المحكمة الإدارية العليا :
