تكون الأجازات المرضية التى يحصل عليها الأعضاء
بمرتب كامل لمدة مجموعها سنة كل ثلاث سنوات واذا لم يستطع العضو
العودة إلى عمله بعد انقضاء السنة جاز للمجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية
أن يرخص له فى امتداد الأجازة لمدة سنة أخرى بثلاثة أرباع المرتب .
وللعضو فى حالة المرض أن يستنفذ ، منجمد أجازاته الاعتيادية بجانب
ما يستحقه من أجازاته المرضية .
وذلك كله مع عدم الإخلال بأى قانون أصلح .
