ينظم رئيس مجلس الدولة بقرار منه بعد موافقة المجلس
الأعلى للهيئات القضائية الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية لأعضاء المجلس
وشروطها . وللعضو الذى يصاب بجروح أو عاهة أو مرض أثناء تأدية
الوظيفة أو بسببها استرداد مصاريف العلاج التى يعتمدها القومسيون الطبى
وذلك بقرار من رئيس مجلس الدولة .
