لا يجوز أن تزيد مدة الأجازة السنوية بمرتب كامل
لأعضاء مجلس الدولة على شهرين بالنسبة للمستشارين ، وشهر ونصف
بالنسبة إلى من عداهم ، وتحدد الجمعيات العمومية للمحاكم توزيع الأجازات
بين أعضائها .
