لا يرخص لأعضاء المحاكم فى أجازات فى غير العطلة
القضائية إلا لمن قام منهم بالعمل خلالها وكانت حالة العمل تسمح بذلك ،
ومع هذا يجوز الترخيص فى أجازات لظروف استثنائية فى الحدود التى
تقررها القوانين واللوائح الخاصة بأجازات العاملين المدنيين بالدولة .
