للجمعية العمومية غير العادية الحق فى سحب الثقة من مجلس النقابة على أن تحضر هذه الجمعية نصف عدد الأعضاء على الأقل المقيدين بالجدول العام ممن لهم حق الانتخاب ويكون القرار بأغلبية أصوات الأعضاء الحاضرين .
