تكون الإجازات المرضية التى يحصل عليها القضاة لمدة مجموعها سنة
باعتبار كل ثلاثة سنوات بمرتب كامل وإذا لم يستطع القاضى العودة إلى
عمله بعد انقضاء السنة جاز المجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية أن يرخص
له فى امتداد الإجازة لمدة سنة أخرى بثلاث أرباع المرتب .
والقاضى فى حالة المرض أن يستنفد متجمد إجازاته العادية بجانب
ما يستحقه من إجازاته المرضية .
وذلك كله مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام أى قانون أصلح
