Article 62 of the Judicial Authority Law

يجوز ندب القاضى مؤقتا للقيام بأعمال قضائية أو قانونية غير عمله أو
بالإضافة إلى عمله وذلك بقرار من وزير العدل بعد أخذ رأى الجمعية العامة
التابع لها وموافقة المجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية على أن يتولى المجلس
المذكور وحده تحديد المكافأة التى يستحقها القاضى عن هذه الأعمال بعد
انتهائها .
