Article 61 of the Judicial Authority Law

فى حالة خلو وظيفة رئيس المحكمة أو غيابه أو قيام مانع لديه يقوم
بمباشرة اختصاصه الأقدم فالأقدم من النواب أو الأعضاء بحسب
الأحوال .
وفى حالة غياب أحد القضاة أو وجود مانع لديه ينتدب رئيس المحكمة
من يحل محله ويراعى أن يكون الندب بطريق التناوب بين القضاة .
