فيما عدا ما نص عليه فى هذا القانون تسرى على العاملين بالمحاكم الأحكام العامة للعاملين المدنيين بالدولة .
ويكون لرئيس محكمة النقض سلطات الوزير ووكيل الوزارة المنصوص عليها فى القوانين واللوائح بالنسبة للعاملين بالمحكمة .
ويكون للنائب العام سلطات الوزير ووكيل الوزارة المشار إليها فى الفقرة السابقة بالنسبة للعاملين بالنيابة العامة .
