أعضاء النيابة يتبعون رؤساءهم والنائب العام وهم جميعا يتبعون وزير العدل وللوزير حق الرقابة والإشراف على النيابة وأعضائها وللنائب العام حق الرقابة والإشراف على جميع أعضاء النيابة .
وللمحامين العامين بالمحاكم حق الرقابة والإشراف على أعضاء
النيابة بمحاكمهم .
