ينفذ الحكم الصادر باغلاق المحل أو ازالته دون اعتداد باستشكال صاحب المحل أو الغير فى التنفيذ.
كما ينفذ حكم الاغلاق أو الازالة بالنسبة للمحل كله دون اعتداد بما قد يزاول فيه من أنواع نشاط أخرى مرخص بها اذا كانت حالة المحل لا تسمح بقصر الاغلاق او الازالة على الجزء الذى وقعت فيه المخالفة.
