فى حالة صدور قرار وزارى باضافة أحد أنواع المحال الى الجدول الملحق بهذا القانون أو بنقل نوع من القسم الثانى الى القسم الأول وجب على أصحاب هذه المحال تقديم طلب ترخيص وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بالقرار.
