Article 16 of the Industrial and Commercial Premises Law

تلغى رخصة المحل فى الأحوال الآتية:
1 – اذا أوقف المرخص اليه العمل بالمحل وأبلغ الجهة المنصرفة منها الرخصة لذلك.
2 – اذا أوقف العمل بالمحل لمدة تزيد على عامين فى محلات القسم الأول وعام واحد فى محلات القسم الثانى.
3 – اذا ازيل المحل ولو أعيد بناؤه أو انشاؤه.
4 – اذا كان المحل ثابتا ثم نقل من مكانه.
5 – اذا أجرى تعديل فى المحل بالمخالفة لأحكام المادة 11
6 – اذا أصبح المحل غير قابل للتشغيل.
