فى حالة وفاة المرخص اليه يجب على من آلت اليهم ملكية لمحل ابلاغ الجهة المختصة بأسمائهم خلال أربعة شهور من تاريخ الوفاة والا جاز اغلاق المحل بالطريق الادارى.
