يجوز التنازل عن الرخصة على أن يقدم المتنازل إليه طلبا بنقل الرخصة إلى اسمه على الأنموذج الذى يصدر به قرار من وزير الشئون البلدية والقروية وعلى أن يرفق بالطلب عقد التنازل مصدقا على توقيعات طرفيه بأحد مكاتب التوثيق.
ويجب أن يقدم طلب نقل الرخصة خلال أسبوعين من التنازل.
