تلتزم كافة أجهزة الدولة بمعاونة اللجنة العليا فى مباشرة اختصاصاتها وتنفيذ قراراتها ،
وتزويدها بكل ما تطلبه من بيانات ومستندات ومعلومات .
ويصدر النائب العام أو قاضى التحقيق بحسب الأحوال ، بناء على طلب
رئيس اللجنة العليا ، أمرا بالتحفظ على أية أوراق أو وثائق أو مستندات أو غيرها
من مصادر المعلومات ، متى رأت اللجنة العليا الاستعانة بها للبت فى أمر معروض عليها
أو رأت لزوم الاطلاع عليها لضبط سلامة ونزاهة الانتخاب أو الاستفتاء .
