تجتمع اللجنة العليا بدعوة من رئيسها ، ولا يكون اجتماعها صحيحا إلا بحضور رئيسها
وأربعة من أعضائها على الأقل ، وتكون مداولاتها سرية ، وتصدر قراراتها بأغلبية أربعة
من تشكيلها على الأقل .
وتنشر القرارات التنظيمية للجنة فى الجريدة الرسمية ، كما ينشر ملخص واف لها
فى جريدتين يوميتين واسعتي الانتشار .
