يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين كل من هدد أيا من المذكورين فى المادة (٧١)
من هذا القانون ، بقصد منعه من أداء عمله المكلف به ، فإن ترتب على التهديد أداء العمل
على وجه مخالف تكون العقوبة السجن .
