يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز
خمسة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أهان بالإشارة أو القول أيا من المذكورين
فى المادة (٧١) من هذا القانون ، أثناء أو بسبب تأدية وظيفته .
