Article 41 of the Exercise of Political Rights Law

إذا غاب مؤقتا أحد المكلفين بالعمل باللجنة الفرعية وتعذر سير عملها بسبب هذا الغياب ،
عين رئيس اللجنة الفرعية من يحل محل الغائب من بين العاملين الملحقين بها ، فإن تعذر ذلك
أوقف عمل اللجنة الفرعية ، على أن تندب لجنة الانتخابات بالمحافظة بديلا عن الغائب ،
ويضاف وقت التوقف إلى ساعات الاقتراع .
